We are very excited to announce our Summer Show 2018 opens June 8. Just in time for Father’s Day, this show includes some cool cars, auto dealerships and more petroliana from Columbia’s past. Can I name a favorite? No. There are just too many good photos in this show to choose. We also have a couple of images that we just had to display even if they don’t have anything to do with cars. One is a recent find of the previous Maury County Courthouse c. 1903. If you’ve never seen a photo of that building, get ready to see the best one I have ever seen. Of course we’ll have the complete show on our website, but there’s just something about seeing them live and in person that you should experience.
W7thCo has also partnered with Columbia State’s Pryor Art Gallery for another show this Summer. You can see a wonderful collection of photos from several decades and a collection of vintage cameras too. The Pryor is located in the Waymon L. Hickman building on the campus of Columbia State and the hours are Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
